Final sales

To the extent permitted by applicable law, all sales are final. We do not offer voluntary returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind, accidental purchases, ordering the wrong size or color, or no longer needing a seasonal item.

This policy applies to orders shipped to the United States. It does not limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, is defective, or differs materially from your order or its description, contact us at AtVeloraSupport@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs where reasonably available. We will review the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include repair, replacement, or a refund. We will cover return shipping where legally required.

Please contact us for return instructions before sending an item back. Do not send returns to the address on the shipping label unless we instruct you to do so.

Missing orders and shipping delays

If your order has not arrived within the stated delivery timeframe, contact us so we can investigate and provide the remedy required by applicable law.

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated when you ordered, or within 30 days if no shipping timeframe was stated, we will provide the delay notice, cancellation option, and refund required by applicable law.

Order cancellations

We do not offer voluntary order cancellations. This does not affect any cancellation rights you have under applicable law, including rights relating to shipping delays.

Required refunds

Where a refund is legally required, we will issue it within the applicable legal deadline, generally using the original payment method. We will not substitute store credit where you are entitled to a monetary refund.

Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, applicable warranty rights, or rights relating to defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods.
